Achievement Orientation
Achievement Orientation refers to our perception of how stable our ability level is. If we take a task approach, we believe that we can develop abilities, helping them grow and improve. If we take the ego approach, we believe that all our abilities are a part of who we are and there is nothing we can do to change them.
