Anticipatory anxiety
Anticipatory anxiety is defined as a fear of having a panic attack; may lead to the development of phobias.
Other definition:
Anticipatory anxiety refers to a prolonged state of anxious anticipation of having another panic attack. This state can be in extreme cases present during all waking hours. Anticipatory anxiety is developed after the onset of the first attack in many people diagnosed with Panick Attack (an anxiety disorder).
