Physical abuse
Physical abuse refers to the infliction or risk of physical injury as a result of punching, beating, kicking, biting, burning, shaking, or otherwise intentionally harming a child.

Physical abuse refers to a type of maltreatment involving deliberate harm to the child"s body. Other often victims of physical abuse are women, those who are weak and who can easily be abused physically.
