Coping strategy
Coping strategy refers to a planned response to external events which is usually unwanted or unplanned.
Coping strategy is the particular approach used. The basic approach to developing coping strategies is: 1. Think about what might go wrong. 2. Work out what to do if it happens and how to stop it from happening.
