Burns Depression/Anxiety checklists refers to pencil and paper tests where subject is asked to rate themselves on different symptoms, thoughts, and feelings. Ratings then yield score s which are used to determine a subject's level of depression or anxiety. These are two (2) different checklists that are used in conjunction with a trained professional.
