Forcible rape is defined as sexual intercourse carried out against the victim's will and under the threat of violence or bodily injury. Moreover, Forcible rape refers to assaults or attempts to commit rape by force or threat of force are also included in the UCR definition; however, statutory rape (without force) and other sex offenses are excluded.
