Neuropsychological evaluation
Neuropsychological evaluation refers to an evaluation that involves a detailed examination, often using standardized tests, to describe an individual's cognitive strengths and weaknes ses. Neuropsychological evaluation is usually used in conjunction with other pertinent information, for diagnosis, patient management, intervention, rehabilitation, and discharge planning.
