Team Building refers to the following: (1) The process of team members committing to work together toward the same end, even though each member may participate in different ways. (2) Activities that promote mutual accountability and social bonds between team members. This activity brings together employers and employees, with the goal of increasing performance by strengthening relationships within the workplace

Team Building refers to the process of helping the members of a group enhance their ability to work cohesively through the improvement of communication, group objectives, trust, and respect. Team building strategies are often used at the beginning of a season to help group members become more familiar and trusting of each other. Common techniques include group introductions of each other, ropes courses, and individual and team goal setting.
