Male orgasmic disorder refers to a persistent inability to reach orgasm during lovemaking; a recurring delay in or absence of orgasm in some men following a normal sexual excitement phase, relative to age and current stimulation. Moreover, Male orgasmic disorder refers to a sexual disorder in which the male cannot have an orgasm, even though he is highly aroused and has had a great deal of sexual stimulation. Male orgasmic disorder is also known as Inhibited (male) orgasm.
