Jaffee v. Redmond refers to the 1996 Supreme Court ruling that held the right of a licensed Social worker to keep her case records confidential. Likely to apply to all licensed clinicians.

- James McKeen Cattell (1860-1944) : James McKeen Cattell the one who represented Functionalistic psychology at Columbia University. He did much to promote Applied psychology. He orked with Galton and developed a strong interest in measuring individual differences. Cattell brought Galton's methods of intelligence testing to the United States.
