Englisch: 4 basic types of breathing you
Complete Breath is a process to expand your lung capacity, and keep your chest and lungs flexible & relaxed.
It is said to increase your energy level and improve your metabolism. It will even help strengthen your abdominal muscles in the process - a pretty Nice side-effect.
The purpose of this type of breathing is to stretch your lungs a bit, allowing you to take in more oxygen, which will cut down on your panting and gasping in practices.
