Psychotherapeutic Theory and Technique refers to a set of plausible, organized or scientifically acceptable principles to explain the psychotherapeutic processs, and a set of tools and modes of implementing actions in order to reach the objectives of the theory. Many psychotherapies are only a set of tools without a set of a complete theory.
