Set
Set refers to a basic unit of a workout containing the number of times or repetitions a specific exercise is done, example, do three (3) sets of 10 repetitions of hummer curl with 5 k ilos of weights. This set is usually assigned or given by trainors when you work out in a gym or by your own personal trainor, if you have one and changes over time or as you progress.
