Obstructive hydrocephalus
Obstructive hydrocephalus refers to a form of hydrocephalus produced by obstruction within the ventricular system of the brain. The obstruction can be a consequence of congenital malformation, tumors, or scarring.
Obstructive hydrocephalus is also referred to as Noncommunicating hydrocephalus.
