- Pervasive developmental disorder, not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS) : Pervasive developmental disorder, not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS) refers to a disorder in which the child displays social, communication, and behavioral impairments associated with PDD, but does not meet the criteria for PDD, schizophrenia, or other disorders.
