Time Management/Organization refers to a psychological skill and ability to plan and maintain one's regular schedule in a way that avoids confusion , conflict and undue stress.
Common techniques in this area include: 1) teaching how to use a planner, 2) learning about the demands of a task, 3) setting legitimate goals for tasks, 4) understanding the demands of ones life, and 5) developing pre-performance routines.
