Cluster B refers to Personality Disorders listed in DSM-IV involving dramatic, emotional, or erratic reactions. Included in Cluster B Personality Disorders are:

(1) Individuals with an Antisocial Personality Disorder who manifest a pervasive tendency to disregard and to violate the rights of others;

(2) A Borderline Personality Disorder which is characterized by instability of interpersonal relationships, self -image, and emotions as well as by marked impulsivity;

(3) Those with a Histrionic Personality Disorder who exhibit pervasive and excessive emotionality and attention -seeking behavior; and

(4) Those with manifestations of a Narcissistic Personality Disorder which include a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy.
