IMPACT theory
IMPACT theory refers to a theory of leadership that states that there are six (6) styles of leadership, such as:
1. informational,
2. magnetic,
3. position,
4. affiliation,
5. coercive, and
6. tactical
and that each style will be effective only in one of six (6) organizational climates.
