Power Test
Power Test is defined as a test that measures the quantity of work accomplished in a time period. Examples of Power Tests are:
Anaerobic Power Tests that include the Margaria stair climb test and the Wingate test;.
Aerobic Power Tests which is the 1.5-mile run and cycle Ergometer and Treadmill tests in which power output and oxygen consumption are measured.
