Credibility
Credibility refers to the ability to demonstrate to someone that you have the knowledge, skills, and dependability necessary to provide information, products and/or services in an area that person is interested in.
As you will find in building any business, credibility with your customers and business associates is one of the first things you have to establish to be successful. Credibility can initially be built through the attractive appearance of a storefront or website, a conversation you have with someone, or your voice tone on a phone conversation. A credible communicator is perceived as both expert and trustworthy.
