Shilly-Shally
Shilly-Shally means to procrastinate; to be unable to come to a decision; vacillate; to spend time on insignificant things; dawdle. Shilly-shally may also means hesitant; vacillating. Shilly-shally means procrastination; hesitation. Shilly-shally can also be used as an adverb which means in a hesitant manner; irresolutely.
