Simple deteriorative disorder
Simple deteriorative disorder which is also referred to as Simple schizophrenia refers to a progressive development over a one-year period of the following symptoms: marked decline in academic or occupational functioning, increasingly flattened affect, reduced quantity and quality of speech and activity, poor interpersonal rapport, and social withdrawal.
