Leniency error is a type of rating error in which a rater consistently gives all employees high ratings, regardless of their actual levels of performance.
Lens is the transparent focusing element of the eye through which light passes after passing through the cornea and the aqueous humor. The lens’s change in shape to focus at different distances is called accommodation.

Leptin refers to peptide released by fat cells; tends to decrease eating, partly by inhibiting release of neuropeptide Y in the hypothalamus. Moreover, Leptin is protein hormone produced by fat cells in the body that is related to eating and weight control.
Lesbian is defined as a woman who is sexually attracted to women; a female who is interested romantically and sexually in other females.
