Case law refers to the interpretation of a law by a court through a verdict in a trial, setting precedent for subsequent court decisions ; legal precedents arising from court decisions
Case Management refer to the procedure for collecting, recording, organizing, and perserving investigative information. It is the overall process involved in maintaining the optimal functioning of clients; comprises all of the professional activities beyond direct counseling skills that are needed to make the professional helping relationship successful, which includes: documentation ; consultation, supervision, and collaboration ; communicating with stakeholders; business-related activities ; and caseload management. One of the eight (8) core areas of knowledge and skills.
Case manager refers to a A person, either paid or voluntary, who helps an older person secure services: Ccase management typically involves assessment, care planning, resource mobilization, monitoring, and reassessment processes.
Case reports refer to reports used to summarize client sessions. Such reports are usually the reflection of information gathered during a structured interview or during daily client contacts.
Case study approach refers to a descriptive research approach that involves intensive examination of one or a few individuals.
