Transformational leadership refers to an inspiring method of leading others that involves elevating one’s followers’ motivation, confidence, and satisfaction, by uniting them in the pursuit of shared, challenging goals and changing their beliefs, values, and needs.
Transformational rule refers to a rule that transforms one phrase structure into another by adding, deleting, or moving grammatical constituents.

Transgendered refers to the preferred term to describe individuals whose gender identity and gender role encompass both masculine and feminine qualities.
Transgenderism is living full or part time in the other gender ’s role and deriving psychosocial comfort in doing so.
Transient global amnesia refers to a passing episode of short-term memory loss without other signs or symptoms of neurological impairment. In transient global amnesia (TGA) the individual does not lose consciousness but does lose the ability to form new lasting memories.
It does not affect the person's motor function, but the person may be disoriented to place and time, may recognize that something is wrong, and may become distressed at this realization.

Transient ischemic attack (TIA) refers to an interruption of blood flow to the brain; often an early warning sign of stroke.
Moreover, it is a temporary (transient) lack of oxygen (ischemia) to the brain, which may cause a time-limited set of neuropsychological deficits. TIAs are technically not considered a stroke, because neuronal death typically does not occur.
