Other /More definition:
Frontal lobe refers to the section of cerebral cortex extending from the central sulcus to the anterior limit of the brain, containing the primary motor cortex and the prefrontal cortex a division of the cerebral cortex located just beneath the forehead containing the motor cortex, premotor cortex, and the prefrontal cortex. It is one of the four (4) cortical lobes that contains the primary motor cortex and the prefrontal lobe. Its functions are motor processing and executive, including planning, inhibition, and formulation of behavior. Frontal Lobe assists in motor control and cognitive activities, such as planning, making decisions, setting goals, and relating the present to the future through purposeful behavior.
